Alamo & Passholder discount

Is anyone else have a problem getting the proper discount (20%) with Alamo using the passholder code? I can only pull up a 10% discount and it doesn't matter what size car I am looking at.

The AP code for Alamo is "up to" 20%. It won't always get you a 20% discount depending on time of year and demand.
