Alamo - online check in and picking up car

Hi all. I have never done online check in for Alamo but tried it for first time for upcoming trip. Picking up from West Palm Beach Airport. These are the instructions I received on Alamo's site. Anyone have experience from this airport or online check in and picking up car in general and can tell me whether these instructions are all accurate to follow verbatim?


1. Exit baggage claim and proceed to the Shuttle Bus pick-up area.
2. Let the bus driver know that you have checked in online and you will be dropped at the reserved vehicle category to choose your vehicle
3. Proceed to the exit booth and then simply show your Alamo Rental Document, along with your driver's license and credit card to the agent at the exit booth on your way out.

For #2, once I pick my car, are the car keys physically inside the car or how/who do I get it from?

For #3, what is the Alamo Rental Document? Is it the "Alamo Bypass Ticket" that I printed after I checked in online or something else?

used alamo at orlando airport and was very easy the keys were in the car and ready to go and the document you printed should be all you need , thats all we used and were in our car and gone less than 10 minutes

Ditto. Keys in car, cars will be grouped in a line by category, stick to your category and present the reservation (you will print out at home) + ccard/license, and off you go!

LOVE Alamo. Feel free to check out your options (turn on cars, check mileage, smell them).

Follow the directions. They keys are in the door (hopefully) or in the car.
The rental document is what you printed.
