Can you do Online check in with Alamo if you did a prepaid reservation? I have been trying to do it but when I get to page 6 it say for me to check with my credit card company.
I did the prepaid reservation back in Sept and it has come through on my statement and has been paid for - so why would I have to check with my credit card company?
I have tried contacting Alamo this weekend but haven't gotten very good results (I get put on hold - then told to re-enter my information manually instead of using the button to pre-load the information - neither changed the message on Page 6.
Has anyone ever done online check in with prepaid?
