Alamo Insiders vs National Emerald Club

I recently joined both Alamo Insiders Club and National Emerald Club. What are the differences between these two clubs? I currently have a reservation with both for a minivan for 10 days. National costs $6 more than Alamo. Is one more preferable than the other? Does my spouse also get to be added as an extra driver free of charge with National Emerald club? I used a coupon code for booking both reservations. Can I head straight to the cars or do I need to go to kisok or check in desk first? Thanks!

Don't know about the second driver - check the conditions online or call - but you can skip the counter completely and go right to the garage.

The difference? National has the Emerald Aisle; as long as you rented a midsize car, you can choose anything from the midsize aisle or the Emerald Aisle. As an Alamo Insider, you get to choose your car - but only from the category you rented.

As long as you rented with your membership number, just show your reservation and driver's license at the checkout booth.

Oh, and please cancel the reservation you're not going to use, ASAP.
