Hi we have booked this service with alamo at mco does anyone know the procedure when picking up the car,is there a seperate desk if so where is it .many thanks in advance.

Hi

It means, when you get to the counter the process is supposed to be quicker as you have already given them your driving licence number etc. We used it a few weeks ago, it might have been a little quicker but not much.

Think the time spent waiting when it's busier be better, bit like online check in for flights. At quieter times there will be little difference. I have set this up for ourselves to see anyway.
