alamo coupon question

i got a decent rate for our upccoming trip using the vroom code. when I went to add the $25 entertainment coupon i have it accepts the coupon but the final price doesn't change. Is this normal for alamo now?? I haven't used alamo for a couple of years since the website changed but am willing to try if the coupon works...
