Alamo alert Qicksilver

Hi y'all. I'm in he land of the mouse! Just want to advise-join Quck Silver!!
We flew in on Saturday and went to get our car- it was horrendous about 5 zillion other people were in line. I left DH in line and went across he street o where the rental cars are kept and followed the directions to Alamo. There is a both for National/Alamo. The woman checked my DH's Quick silver registration ,saw it was valid and told me we could get our car. Went back to the terminal,got DH,DD,and her friend. and /in 15 minutes were driving away! Had we stayed @ the terminal, it would have taken hours.

do you still have to be corporate with 5 rentals under your belt in order to join QS....if not could you please post the url for signing up...???

Can't you just do on line check in (without a coupon) and do the same thing as *********** (bypass the counter)? I'm just wondering because I plan on doing this (and not using a coupon) so I don't have to wait in line.

thank you for your quick reply and url for Alamo ***********

we used to have the service but they changed it somewhat when National/Alamo conjoined...

will probably apply again just to have it on record if we decide to use Alamo
