Have a question if anyone may know the answer. we booked 4 nights at the AKL Concierge for the last week of October using points from DVC. It is now 90 days from the date of my stay, when is Conceirge supposed to call us to make arrangements for our Sunrise safari and things like that? I had thought that it was suppose to be 90 days but I wanted to check to see if anyone has had experience with this.

Any help would be appreciated.

It seems to me you should have received a packet from concierge by now. I booked in February for a stay in November. Last week I received a packet with AKL concierge info in it.

You should call or e-mail AKL concierge. The phone number on my packet for them is 407-938-4755 and the e-mail is wdw.AKLodge.concierge@disney.com
 
I am going Nov 5 and was contacted a few weeks ago. I think would contact them.
 
Hi - I contacted them as soon as I booked about the Safari. I suggest you call or send an email to them as soon as possible. I think the safari fills up fairly quickly and it is great. You don't want to miss it. I would stay concierge at the AKL again just for the safari. Good luck and have a great trip.
 

They sent us a packet soon after we made the reservation, but I think we made the reservations fairly close to the trip--maybe two months ahead of time.
 
We are going there late Nov, and was over a month away from the 90 day booking, and I called them about the safari. So we are booked for that, as far as what else they can do I am not sure of, in all our trips to DW we have only used PS a handful of times, so that was not the reason we went conbcierge, it probably was just the safari.

The CM did take down all the info on us, and said to call if we needed anything. I did get a quick follow-up email. So if you are concerned about the safari I would call them!
 
We were just there at the end of June and I remember having the exact same concerns you're having now. So, I called and was informed that the concierge request packet doesn't usually go out until you are at the 30 day mark. I thought that was cutting some of our requests a little too close and simply told the CM what we wanted to do and she scheduled it for us. She was very accommodating and we were able to do everything we wanted. Later we received e-mails from another CM checking if he could assist us any further. Give them a call. They will be happy to help you. We really felt pampered by the AKL concierge team.
