The AKV Value room sizes are:

Studio: 316 sq ft
1BR: 629 sq ft
2BR: 945 sq ft

the problem is the oversize furniture in the value room. Not the size.

the size would be fine if the furniture was smaller. It is not. the same stuff they use in standard or savannah.

a value WDW resort room is 260 sq ft, moderate is 315 sq ft (except CBR - 340)
