AKV Waitlist Came Through!

Whooohoooo! Pixiedust lives and I'm doing the happy dance! My waitlist for AKV standard 1 bdr came through for May 28 - June 4. I am so excited! I did not really expect it to happen due to the time we're going and had more or less resigned myself to our alternative reservations. It just goes to show that with pixiedust, anything can and does happen! Here's sharing the magic to everyone else needing a little!

Kidani or Jambo? I think the 1 bedrooms in Kidani are super special...I hope that's what you have. At any rate, I love AKV and I think you'll have a great time. I'm glad your waitlist came through.

Thanks Robert and Bobbi! We're going to be at Kidani. We have stayed in a studio there and really liked it but we have never stayed in a 1 bdrm. I'm looking forward to it as we will have our daughter and grandson with us and felt we needed a little more room then a studio has. I can hardly wait!

I just can't say enough about how much my friends and I loved the 1 bedroom in Kidani. We did have a long walk from the lobby, and I thought this had damped one DF's enthusiasm. However, I had the opportunity to hear what she said to another friend and no matter what the walk, she thought it was just a gorgeous resort with lots of animal viewing and wonderful CMs.

Congrats! I was also lucky to have a waitlist come through for a Savannah view studio in Jambo for 2nd week of May. Can't wait!

I called at less than 7 months out and got a studio savannah at AKV Jambo for the end of Oct.

There must be something in the air. My Kidani waitlist for June also just came through after just two weeks.

That's cause Kidani rocks! I really didn't think I'd be happy at that resort since I really don't like Jambo. Kidani is so much more DVC to me.
