With the 2019 point charts the value rooms are even cheaper than before while club level rooms are higher. We enjoy the value 1 BR so this will make it an even better value.
Shucks, ocean view inn rooms are all we recently booked at VB. Thank you.Looks like Vero Beach had some seasons adjusted, ocean view inn rooms increased and studios decreased, and season adjustments at Aulani.
With the low number of Club units they wouldn't be able to have an equal adjustment using the much larger categories. Only the value category would be small enough to allow an equal balance.I guess the club level villas have higher demand than the value villas, but I am surprised the downward point adjustment wasn't applied to the standard or savanna view since those likely have lower demand than the value ones.

With DVC adding a for fee CL daily lounge at Wilderness Lodge, maybe they will be selling access at other resorts.

Won't surprise me if they charge by day rather than by night, though.Hopefully, not for the entire length of stay. Like maybe just one night so you really get two days,![]()

To be honest, I don't really see the purpose of this adjustment. Both categories book immediately at 11 months and that's not going to change with this move. I'm more likely to book value than club so I like the change and will just get ready to battle it out for my dates (though I'll likely be booking the value 1BR so it won't be as hard).Perhaps, but now the value villas will have further increase in demand, which may even exceed those for Club level. Then, what? My point was that these types of adjustment are supposed to even out demands. Maybe increase point requirement for both Club level and value to allow for decrease in standard or savanna view. I am sure there is a way to do it if one really dig deep into it.

That's essentially what I was getting at. Why did they even bother? Since I don't have any interest in either and I don't own any points at AKV, the change won't affect me.

Where can I find the 2019 Point charts? TIA
