AKV studio value rooms?

Has anyone stayed in one yet? Curious of the layouts and the smaller size. I know it is still larger than the values (260qft), how many % have savanna view?

We're staying in one on Saturday night. I am not sure, but I think I've read here that it's 1/3, 1/3, 1/3 pool, savannah, parking lot. When I look at Lisa's drawing of the building, it looks to me like it could be 1/4, 1/4, 1/2.
For the weekend points, and the short stay, I'm ok with the odds...maybe DH won't like it, and we won't stay in one again together. However, I'm going with a friend in September, and booked one for that trip as well. 8 points a night and surrounded by the ambience of AK...it's worth it to me!

Here is a chart that was put together. Very helpful to determine the chances of a Savannah, Pool or parking lot view.

It depends of you have a dedicated or lock off studio reserved:

Dedicated value studio: 50/50 savanna /pool (4 units each)
Lock off value studio: 40/40/20 savanna /pool/parking lot (4 units savannah 4 units pool 2 parking lots)

I posted some floor plans comparing the Value studio and 1BR with the non-value Jambo House rooms in post #14 here. The villas are the same width -- the difference is in the length of the living/sleeping area of the studio/1BRs. I'm guessing the difference in length is about 3-1/2 feet.

I'm looking forward to seeing some photos of these rooms because it's still a bit hard to visualize from just a floor plan. I thought we would have had some reports by now about both the Value rooms and the Concierge rooms. They have both been open for two whole days already!

I check into a dedicated value studio on Sunday. I will try to get some pictures before all our stuff takes over the room. Of course I have never posted a picture here before so I guess I will have to learn.

I keep checking back to see if there are any reports yet. I can't wait to see what people think about the value rooms.
