AKV studio concierge?

What are the deluxe studios like? Are they in Kidani? Are they automatically savanna view rooms?

Considering upgrading and wonder if it's worth it.

Concierge Level rooms are only in Jambo House. The DVC portion of Concierge Level is on the 6th floor and consists of five 2-bedroom lock-offs (studio & 1-bedroom w/interior connecting door). Three of the 2-bedrooms face the Sunset Savanna and the other two face the Uzima Pool. DVC will not take a view request for them.

The Animal Kingdom Lodge (hotel portion) Concierge Level rooms are located on the 4th floor.

And they're usually gone minutes after the 11-month window opens.

They tend to go quickly at 11 months out. In fact, I have seen sometimes when they are gone before your 11 month window opens-- those booking 7 nights before you do fill up some of your desired nights. Nevertheless, once in a while someone reports getting lucky even at 7 months out but that is the exception not the norm.

Well, there goes my next question, "is it worth it to upgrade?". Ha! Actually that makes it less confusing for an indecisive girl like myself.
