Booked AKV 1 Bedroom Savanah View room for Oct. 21st - Oct 26 (Sun - Fri)

Currently there are only Savanah View and Standard View rooms available for those dates. Standard View was 100 pts and Savanah View was 120 pts.

Phew!! Done. Now I can go to my little ones graduation!

I am so mad right now I can't stand it. The rep came back on the line only to tell me that I don't have an Animal Kingdom contract. I told her that I can see it online and I signed papers etc. She put me back on hold (music), then all of a sudden it started ringing and now it seems like I'm back in the general call pool again... music and the recording about a high call volume

Are you saying they are all booked, or is there confusion. As I understand it all of the 1 and 2 bedroom units in Jambo house are lockoff 2 bedrooms. Not 100% sure of that though.

Sounds like another system glitch given that all of the 2BRs in Jambo House are lockoffs.

I just finished booking a 2 bedroom savannah view lockoff for November 25th. I have VWL for the week prior. I'll be trying to switch those over in June, but I'm happy with one night.

Exactly! You'll never believe this. The CM came back online and said it was an error in their system. They've only loaded rooms available through December 31 and the March info wasn't on her screen yet. Now she is updating to get info through March so that she can make my reservation for the one bedroom.

I can't believe the system could be THAT screwed up but it is. I just kept insisting she was wrong and I needed to have her talk to a supervisor because she kept insisting she was right. Now I'm on hold waiting for the March info to update so I can get my one bedroom.
