AKV or BWV??

Thanks to a wonderful family member who is also a Diser I can stay at one of these resorts as opposed to POP! Gift of a lifetime, no?

Anyway, I'm pretty much decided on BWV because I've stayed there before but I just wanted to people's opinions on both to kind of finalize the decision.

I think it depends what your plans are. I have stayed at BWV twice and love it. THis next trip in 4/08 we are trying AKV. I am excited to try a new place. I know is not as much night life with AKV, but the resort looks beautiful. Whereever you decide you will have a great time.

I think that if you are introducing your DBF to WDW for the first time, either of these resorts will have a pretty dramatic WOW factor. If you can score a Boardwalk View room at BWV or a Savanna View room at AKV, that would probably be the ultimate.

But my experience is that there is a lot of sensory overload for anyone's first trip to WDW, and any of the DVC resorts would be pretty special. You really can't go wrong with either of your choices.

I certainly agree about the WOW factor and any resort will be nice. But BWV is what I'm keeping my fingers crossed for.

BWV has a lot around it. MGM, Epcot are in walking disatnce. ESPN club is right there, plus the nightlife with Jellyrolls.

AKV or AKL will be nice, but it is further away and it is a plus to have the animals outside of your window but that is only with a Savhana View.
