I just did my online check-in for Nov 21. I requested Sunset Savanna, Lower floor. I also e-mailed those requests to member services to put on my reservation. Sunset Savanna because it has the giraffes and the zebras and lower floor to be easier to see them. I will have a rental car so distance to lobby is not an issue.
