AKV Kidani vs. Jambo??

We are AKV owners, stayed at Kidani last summer in a 2br SV and LOVED IT. There are some days open in a standard view at Kidani and I think some SV at Jambo. It would be nice to try Jambo house. Have any of you stayed at both?? Which did you like? We went over to Jambo a couple of times to eat. Loved Boma's for breakfast. SO....how is the pool at Jambo???? I wouldn't mind staying in a standard view either.....so that is not an issue. We had SV last year so a standard would not be a deal breaker as far as staying there. I would love to hear your review on Jambo House. Thanks

Have not stayed at both but we stayed at Jambo in Feb. We were only there 4 days and decided we would rather be closer to the restaurants and bar. We loved being able to just hop on the elevator to get to Boma and Mara. We did take the walk over to Kidani to explore and liked the resort very much so much that we will stay there in July.

They're both pretty nice. Overall, I think I like Jambo better... but Kidani has one great advantage: the parking. It's fantastic to park practically right under your room, and if you like to drive to the parks it's the place to be. I use the bus a lot at Jambo -- but drive everywhere except MK when I'm at Kidani. Usually, the car is closer than the bus stop!

We prefer Kidani. It feels more like DVC to us and is more intimate and quiet. Jambo feels like a madhouse to us.
