Yes it is Concierge.

You get daily turn down service, bath robe to wear, beer, wine, and soft drinks, Continental breakfast, cheese and crackers, plus a couple of other snacks.

Room views aren't great, roof/pool view or savanna dead end.

You also get the option of booking the Sunrise Safari which was the highlight of our trip in March.

IMO the best perks for staying CL are the everyday housekeeping/turndown service and the lounge itself for the snacks and drinks.

Never really considered the views a perk.

When we did the club level in Jan 2010 there were various offerings throughout the day for snacks but it certainly may have changed since then. There always were goldfish as well as the homemade potato chips. In the evening there were some really good appetizers. They also had some small desserts and the Amarula cream liquer available (so yummy!)

As for the breakfast I can't remember everything but I know there were some small pastries as well as dry cereal, oatmeal and quinoa (which I fell in love with!) I think they had some juices available as well.

There are always beverages available (soda cans, bottles of water, milk.)

We enjoyed it but I think the points are very high for what you get!

Yup... all of this is right.

There are like 5 different times of the day that there are offerings in the lounge.

Breakfast as described above with oatmeal, quinona, bagels, pastries, milk juices, etc.

Snacks with nice warm cookies, white chip macademia, choc chip and oatmeal, along with the goldfish, homemade chips and other snacky things like trail mix.

About 5-7pm they have the appetizers from Boma's kitchen downstairs. Here they have all kinds of stuff from wings, lamb kefta meatballs, bobtie ( filo pastries stuffed with diff stuff, lamb, goat cheese, veggies), ribs, etc. They used tohave soups from Boma too, but they stopped that about 2 years ago.

During this time you can get beers, soda and drinks - well anytime technically if you ask.

Then at night they have little desserts such as little miniture pastries like cheescakes, tarts, brownies etc. along with the cookies and a few other things. They also have some dessert liquors out at this time too along with the beer and soda. They used to have the Zebra Domes from Boma as well, but i think they stopped that when they stopped the soups.

It can get very busy when the apps come out at 5pm. The lounge is open to everyone staying on the 6th floor as well as those who have purchased concierge rights as cash customers staying on other floors.

Regardless, it is a fun experience and a wonderful perk of CL.
