AKV Interest Rate

Anyone know what interest rate is Disney offering for financing AKV?

I think it was 10.75% for 5 or 10 years.[

I believe it is 4.95% if you only finance over 12 months.

these are right. if you do 50% down and 50% in 12 months it is 4.95 but if you do 5 or 10 years its over 10%.
I opted to do the 5 years but will most likely pay it off after I pay my taxes this year using my HELOC which is a lot less.
