I am guessing I already know my answer but is it near impossible to get a 2bdrm CL at less than 7 months out? We are planning on late Jan 2014 after marathon/MLK Jr, and closing on our first DVC resale late august...any ideas what else we may have access to resort-wise for 2bdrm......is there any possibility of a 2bdrm at VGF as well?

There are only 5 2-bedroom lock-offs that make up the CL at AKV. All of those are in Jambo House. They can be very difficult to book at less than 11 months.

One thing is for sure if you don't try to get into the AKL CL you for sure won't.
I have a good friend that got a 2br CL not to long ago at about 5 months out. Before he got the room I wouldn't have thought it possible, magic happens!

As a VGF owner I think your chances are way better for the 2brm VGF happening, just saying, wait list the CL and see what happens? The VGF studios seem to be filling up pretty fast but not the rest.
