AKV Concierge Check-In

I know I've read this before on the boards, but I can't seem to find it now. We're staying at AKV Concierge in about 2.5 weeks. I believe I read that you tell bell service that you are a concierge guest and that you bypass normal check-in. Is this true? We'll be arriving via Magical Express. Thanks for your help!

There is a concierge check in podium by the front doors. They will escort you to the concierge desk upstairs where they will check you in and show you around.

How you check in depends on the time you arrive. Up until 5pm there is a "Kilimanjaro Club" checkin podium to the left of the front entrance. If this is unmanned or you arrive after 5pm, you need to let Bell Services know that you are a Concierge guest. They will take you upstairs and arrange for someone to come and check you in. The only time you use the 'normal' checkin desks is if you arrive after 10pm.
