AKV Concierge check in question

We're staying in a concierge studio on points at AKV in a couple weeks. We'll be transferring from OKW, so we'll most likely go to a park in the morning, then head to AKV during the afternoon for a break and to check in. Since we'll be taking a regular park bus, where should we go when we get to AKL to check into concierge? I don't really care about the experience of a special check in, can we check in down stairs if the line isn't long?

There should be a podium at the front as you enter. Tell the person there that you're staying CL and they'll escort you upstairs for check in. You may not care about special check in, but it won't take any longer and it's a much better experience, believe me. And your family can have a drink and snack while you check in!

Each of the Deluxe Resorts will have 1 - 2 Cast Members standing outside with clip boards, ear pieces and they will also have a list of guests arriving that are staying Club Level, so they will then take you up to the lounge so you can check-in.

Now in my experience when arriving at a Deluxe Resort for a Club Level stay the Cast Member working at the guard shack radio aheads to those Cast Member, with a description of your car and etc so they know to greet us and etc. So I can't say what it will be like when you arrive coming of a Disney Transport Bus which arrived from a park.
