AKV 1 Br size question

We're staying 4 nights at AKV in a 1-Br next month.

How big is the bedroom itself? My DS and DD are little and go to bed *early* (by 7 pm) - we booked a 1 br so that we could put them to sleep and still have separate space to hang out as adults.

BUT... they won't sleep in the same bed well! (Giggling, tickling, kicking, etc.) So could we bring an air mattress and sneak it in between the bed and the wall in the MBR? That way we can put one in the bed and one on the floor. Does this seem realistic with the space available?

I know we could put them to bed in the LR and we could be awake in the BR, but we'd prefer to be out by the kitchenette, table, etc.

Opinions?? Advice??

Which resort ---Jambo or Kidani--, and which room classification (value or regular)?

As long as you are not in a value, you can have the kids sleep in seperate beds in the living room with one using the fold out chair and one the fold out sofa. That leaves you two to enjoy the master suite by yourselves. There are flat panel TVs in both rooms. The other option is to put the air mattresses in your room and deal with the kids sleeping in your space. Frankly, I would NOT opt for that idea. You could also decide to give the kids the master and you guys sleep on the pull out....also something I would not do.

We're at AKV in a 1-br villa, savannah view - so, not a value room. I'm pretty sure there will be a fold-out chair, so that's definitely one option.

I think we'd still like to do the air mattress thing... my husband wants to be able to reach the fridge, plus we often take turns exercising once the kiddos are asleep... so we need to be able to get to the door of the villa. We'll move one kid off the master bed and onto the sofabed when we go to sleep (that particular kid sleeps like a rock and can be moved).

So you think the air mattress would fit alongside the master bed, even though it'll be a tight squeeze?

Yes, I do think so.
