I've never stayed there so I can't say whether or not it's worth it. AKV Concierge will consist of a total of five 2BR lockoffs so yes there will be studios, 1BRs and 2BRs, though even if they booked all 5 lockoffs as studios and 1BRs, that's still only 10 villas total. Three of those 2BR lockoffs face the Sunset Savanna, the other two face the pool area.
You are allowed to take the "Sunrise Tour" in the morning. It's an extra fee but SO WORTH IT! They take you to AK and you get to see the animals up close and personal. They stop all the way through and you can get pictures. The tour finishes with a great breakfast at Tusker House. Only people staying in the conceirge level have this option.
Staying concierge also grants you access a special room where they have continental breakfast foods, afternoon snacks and tea, and evening snacks and desserts.
