Lizzie64 here, We too are going May 9-13 at the Poly, then AKL concierge (Yee ha) May 13- May 18.

I would love to hear some rates.

I went to POR in May of 2001 and I had a rate of $89. They had a really special code that was only out for a few hours.

we went last may 25th. rates we received with a "special" code were: $134.00 per night, standard room & $209.68 per night savanna room.

We will be going form 4/30 - 5/7. The only discount we have seen so far is a AAA discount which is not much. We made the reservation anyway and have 2 weeks to call with a CC to give a deposit. We are hoping they come out with a discount code soon so we can upgrade the view for about the same price. If not we will still stay without the view because we have heard so many great things about AKL.

I think $109.00 is the least I have seen for standard room last Fall. $129.00 comes up often in the off season. Same price for Wilderness Lodge.
