AKL to WL transport options

We were going o eat at Boma's 1 night and will return to our hotel, VWL, after. We will be 7 adults and 2 babies. Instead of taking the bus to TTC and then bus to WL I thought we would save time and do a taxi but what about car seat laws?? Can you call a cab or van and request car seats??

I do not think Florida law requires car seats in taxis, so I doubt and taxi company would have them.
