I always pick lobby. Some rooms can be really far back. The lobby has the bus stop near and the store, fill your mug etc. It's a great position. The elevators are good so floor doesn't matter. I am disabled so this is very good with the parking also.

Yes. I have stayed on the zebra trail several times. The first time, we were all the way at the end. It was a really long walk. Now I try to identify the area I'd prefer in my reservation. I've had pretty good luck.

Any suggestions I should do? I read that whatever you click for online check in doesn't even show up because it's a DVC reservation. I'd like zebra trail also and I already told MS that. What did you click for online check in?

And when you say far walk to the lobby and restaurants how far is it, 5 , 10 minutes ?

Personally I prefer to check in at the resort. I state my preferences in my room reservation, and once I check in I ask if they were able to fill my request. They will do their best to fufill your request.

I can see where people would feel they are best views. If you are to the right of the lobby, you will be on the side of the pool, Mara and Boma. I would say you could walk the whole hall in 3-5 minutes. If you have children it becomes lengthy coming from the bus, up the elevator and way down the hall, which is why I prefer to not be at the end.

By in your room reservation, do you mean by when you talk to the DVC agent when making the reservation?

Yes, you can put in the request on your reservation. You can also fax it in about a week before your stay.

Oh ok, Yeah I already did that. I want to online check in cause I am hoping they will just text me a room number and I can go straight to the room instead of going to the desk lol.
