Hello! We have already booked and paid for our upcoming July vacation at Animal Kingdom Lodge. We will be getting there the 30th of June. I was wondering when we should be getting ANY information in the mail. Online is the only place where we have received any type of information. We have emails from Disney saying that we are paid in full but I was just wondering when we get the packet in the mail. I may just be too excited to remember but I thought when DH and I went on our honeymoon we had our packet by this far out. Thanks in advance!

Do you have a package or a room-only?
Are you using ME?

You only get a packet of info in advance if you booked a package (room, tickets), which comes with some luggage tags and a few coupons. It's just about the time now to get that.

For room only, I have only received e-mail confirmations for the past few years.

If you are using ME (no matter what type of reservation), you will get the information on that - separate from anything else last I knew - about now - 30 days out.

Sorry...We did get a package, room, tickets and dining plan. When we went on our honeymoon we got the same package and had already got our info pack in the mail by now. I guess I just need to be patient a little more. I had just heard of some people saying they were just a few weeks out and didnt have them yet, I just didn't want to be down to the wire waiting for our info. Just a tad excited!

We are arriving in Disney on June 13th and we just got our Disney mail today. It was later than we got it on other trips but it is here! So I am guessing you will get it within the next 2 weeks! Enjoy

We have a split stay starting June 25-27 and I received our Mickey Mail for that package on Thursday and the second June 27-July 3rd I received that Mickey Mail yesterday. So you should be getting yours any day now. The luggage tags are so cool. They are 3D Mickey. I like these better than the previous years.
