AKL Requests

At what point am I able to make room requests? We were given (well, sold really) points by a friend for the AKL Jambo Studio S/V and I wanted to request the zebra trail if I could. Of course, I'll take any pointers I can get if that isn't the premier spot to request. TIA. Brenda

When you do online check in, you can select a trail or floor. But don't waste a floor request. You'll get 5th floor.

I was finally able to check in online, I think it was their website issue yesterday. But....no zebra trail option, just Arusha and Kudo Trail...does that mean there are no rooms on the Zebra Trail do you think? I didn't mark off Kudo Trail because I'd rather just take my chances, I did however check SV, but we've already booked that so...
