AKL question

When I booked AKL concierge several months ago, I requested savannah view. Had to call the other day for something, and the CM said it was listed as a pool/savannah view.

This didn't sound right. It's either pool or savannah not both, right?

In the concierge rooms, you don't get a gauranteed sav. room. They try to meet your preference, but you could get a pool view.

okay I'll try this again - the CM said the view would be pool AND savannah. That didn't make sense to me. It's either one or the other but the CM insisted the view would be pool AND savannah. Am I crazy or is the CM "underinformed."

It's the CM thats uniformed. It is either pool or Savannah. It is just not guaranteed to be either. Just call the itinerary planner and request that you really desire a savannah view. They will do thier best to accomodate you.
