AKl pool slide?

anyone know when the AKL slide will be open? We will be there in early Oct. and dd loves it... hope to enjoy it along with the rest of the BEAUTIFUL resort.

I have not heard anything about the slide being closed are they working on it? We are going there next week and my son will be very disappointed if it is closed.

I just talked to a friend on the phone who checked out of AKL yesterday and she did mention that the pool slide was closed. Sorry.

I sure hope this will be a quick fix up... we really enjoy having the slide at the pool.

Just returned from AKL 9/18 and the slide was closed. They said the pump needed to be fixed and didn't know when. Hopefully, it will be repaired for your visit. But, our kids still really enjoyed the pool. Have fun!

I spoke with CM at AKL last night and she confirmed the pool is closed, and said it will be another week before it opens-we leave soon I hope they get it repaired!

The slide is still closed????? I was there the last week of August and the slide was closed during our stay. The CMs did say the pump needed to be replaced, but I would think a month later it would have been repaired.
