AKL Kidani 2 bedroom standard-pull out couch and chair

Has anyone used the pull out sofa and pull out chair at the same time? Is there really room enough to use both? It looks like it would be very cramped. I'm trying to decide if I can put two children (DS11 and DD9) on those instead of putting one of them in the 2nd bedroom on the pull out couch with my parents. I think my parents would prefer to have a room to themselves as they both use CPAP machines.

We had young adults use the chair pullout ( which seems like a typical but somewhat wider chair and does feel /look like a single narrow bed) and pull out sofa over at kidani.
They were both 16 year olds ( though I'd say females, more on petite size) for clarification and had no issues.
We only opened at sleep time and also had no issues with the fit. Kids go with the flow and the BR were adults ... which worked great as well!

We loved it all!

Yes, you can pull both out at same time. We did this in October. Piled all the kids in the Living Room, we may have had to scoot the chair a different way or something, but I don't recall there being an issue. Great room choice, you'll love it!
