We'll be in a value studio next week. Is there a laundry room available at Jambo? If so, where is it?

Zebra Trail (near the overlook of the Lobby I believe). 5th Floor (same as the non-Concierge Level DVC rooms).

Yep. 5th floor, near the bridge (in the lobby) on the pool side (if you are in the lobby looking at the big savanna window, its to your right.
The KTTW is needed to enter the laundry room.
