AKL deluxe/conc rooms have daybeds?

I'm staying at AKL Concierge with a friend and her 4 year old. She wants her son to have his own bed. Are there daybeds in all the deluxe rooms? I don't remember if there was one in the room I stayed in in January.

The alternative is to request bunk beds, which would leave me with the top bunk since the kid's too young for it and my friend can't climb up there.

Sorry, but not all concierge rooms have daybeds. DH and I were in one with an overstuffed chair rather than a daybed on our first visit there.

I'm sure if you let them know that you really want a room with a daybed they'll do their best to accomodate, although it's not guaranteed. If they have ten rooms with daybeds and ten families of five staying there at the same time, those families will get the daybed rooms. So I'd make sure to tell them that bunkbed rooms would be the second choice.

The deluxe & concierge rooms have the following bedding:

• One King & Daybed
• One Queen/Bunk Bed/Daybed
• Two Queens

There are not any rooms with two queens and a daybed. I wish there was, though.
