Akl Damage??

I was wondering if there is any damage at the akl?
I was wondering it the tree up on top of the rocks made it and how are the savannas any tress down, did the thatch roof make it through the storm?
Any after the storm pictures?

I haven't heard about any damage to AKL, myself. But if there was, I would like to see the pictures too. Here's hoping it all turned out well.

We were at the AKL during Frances, and the thatch roof "made it," but there were many leaks throughout the lobby. There were buckets all over the lobby catching the rain. I didn't notice other damage at the time, other than vegetation scattered throughout the grounds. Hopefully, they came through this last round relatively unscathed.

I just got back last night from AKL for 9 nights (supposed to be 7), but thanks to Jeanne, it was 9. I am amazed at how well these resorts held up! Just alot of leaves,sticks,etc. The elevators were a little leaky, and there were a few leaks around the entire resort, but overall no damage!!

I'm glad to hear there was no damage. I leave in two weeks for AKL.
