AKL concierge ??

Soo, with the late summer promo, we booked AKL concierge for a night before our cruise in Sept. Just researching the lounge and it sounds great, as we are planning to just hang out at the resort and enjoy the pool and animals. Will the lounge food be enough for an afternoon/evening/breakfast? And can you take food out of the lounge to eat poolside or on your balcony? Don't want to commit a concierge faux pas as this is our first and possibly only experience there!

Hard to say if it will be enough or not. For some it is while others it is not ... and it depends on what type of food you like. Breakfast was fine for us ... it was ample. However, since I am not as exotic, I needed something else for dinner.

You can take food to your room/balcony -- as I recall there are cardboard like trays that you can do this with. I would just be aware of how much you are taking ... I don't think it matters to the staff whether you eat it in the lounge or where ... your choice.

We enjoyed AKL concierge. I just wish they had a view of the animals ... that would make it perfect. Staff was great and very helpful. We enjoyed it and it is one of my family's favs (although in Sept we booked my resort - Yacht Club Concierge). Enjoy yourself.
