AKL Concierge - PS Requests

We have reservations at AKL - Concierge - May 3 - May 7th

When can I contact the Concierge staff about making PS arrangements for this part of our trip?

Hi there...

THe AKL IPO (Itinerary Planning Office) called me about a month before our stay.

After the first phone call, he (Don) asked for my email address and we communicated via email on and off.

He emailed me a great personal itinerary with all the times and confirmations numbers on it.

If you are looking for a PS that can be booked this far ahead you can give them a call and start the ball rolling. If it is too early for booking your PS's (ie) 60 day ahead ones.. then wait till closer to the time.

I started contacting them about 70 days out. They were fine with that, better than fine. they seemed to like someone who knew what they wanted and needed. I would suggest e-mail or calling about 70 days out with an outline of your PS requests.

You can fine tune it as you get closer.

I'm 119 days out and already started communications with them. They were great. Sent me check in procedures, all kinds of stuff about the Sunrise Safari.

Oh yes and holiday wishes.
