AKL Concierge: How early?

Hi,
Just wondering how early you can access the AKL Concierge lounge and amenities. If you check in early in the day can you go to the lounge, even if your room is not ready, or do you have to wait? Also, how late can you visit the lounge on your check out day? We are in a standard room 1st night (wait listed for concierge) then move to concierge, and last day we are leaving for the airport late in the day.

You should be able to access the lounge as soon as you check-in for the Concierge Level portion of your stay. Your room being ready or not makes no difference. On check-out day, you have full access to the resort until midnight.

Friends & I stayed at AKV Concierge last year and did the same thing. We decided to go a day earlier, so we booked an AKV studio. We packed up and were out of the room by 8:00am, went down to the bell desk to store the luggage and then headed up to concierge. Our room was not ready but we got our keys and were able to have breakfast. On our last day, we were not leaving until late afternoon so we spent a couple of hours in the lounge before we left (it was late June and hot, we needed an afternoon break).
