AKL Concierge beverage offerings-a question?

Aloha!

Just booked AKL concierge for Nov--AAA rate (hoping for some codes to come out before then)...anyway, I had some ??? regarding the beverage offerings in the Killamanjaro lounge:

1) do they offer bottled water throughout the day?
2) do they offer juices/soda throughout the day? (or only during service times)
3) do they offer beer during the appetizer hours? I see they offer wine but my DH likes beer. I know they offer beer at CR and maybe other resorts.

just wondering because I want to know if I should plan on renting a refridgerator or buying the refillable mugs. (need to put into my budget).

You have chosen a fabulous resort and one of WDW's best concierges!

Answers.....bottled water. No, but there is water out at all times for you. YOu just can't take the glass bottles with you.

...................juices and soda all day. And their juices are WONDERFUL!!!!! Also, there are boxed juices/milk/canned sodas to take back to your room to put into your complimentary fridge.

...................yes, there's beer. You just need to ask.

They also have a great smoothie which is out all day long along with lemonade and iced tea (with lime and lemon wedges)! If you ever need anything that isn't out, feel free to ring the bell around the corner and someone will get what you need for you! If you're a coffee drinker you're going to love the "MACHINE!"

If you are staying concierge at AKL you do get a complimentary fridge! It is great for storing a few cold pops and waters!

I read on a website that the concierge lounge has bottled water; you just have to ask for it.

I had a concierge room in Dec. 2001 (a few months after the Lodge opened). It did not have a fridge. Is this something new? Do you have to request it?

we've stayed there twice - last september and this past january, and had a mini fridge each time in our concierge room.

I don't need any beverages besides the yummy wines and the MACHINE! heheheh (I'm so sick of drinking water at the parks all day, I want something with FLAVOR!)

don't ask me why, but I could make a meal out of uncrustables, some fruit, and a glass of s. african white wine. heheheh

I am from Michigan but have been living in Manhattan. It is SO GOOD to hear someone say "pop"!!! All is hear is "soda" now!!!
