AKL Concierge AWESOME

They just called DS to wish him a happy B-Day (16) and when I told them he was at school they said they just wanted to know what time he would be home so they could call him!!

I have been so impressed with how well the CM's have treated my older children. When we were at AKL concierge they went out of their way to find him batteries for his Star Wars sword (maybe she thought it was funny?) because they did not have the batteries on property. This was between him and the CM I had nothing to do with it.

I kid you not he has been driving me crazy to take him on a birthday trip, so this will make his day.

I agree 100%, AKL concierge is the best. During our recent stay, they were a life saver for my youngest DD. She is a very picky eater and loves poptarts for breakfast. She also is not an early riser and would miss breakfast in the lounge. The staff is wonderful, they not only remember the grownups but the little ones as well. When they found out, they always left the toaster out for us after they cleared away breakfast. My DH was able to return to the lounge when our DD was awake and she enjoyed her warm poptarts. It may not seem like a big deal, but to my DD it started her day with a smile.

A week after we returned, they called my DH to wish him a Happy Birhtday. Even the big kids get a kick out of the AKL and their wonderful CM's

It is just the smallest thing that can make for a GREAT trip sometimes. A smile and a poptart go along way!
