AKL Bus Routes

I'm pretty sure this is posted somewhere, but I can't seem to find it. Does anyone know what the bus routes are from AKL? I know for the theme parks it's from the lodge straight to the park, but what about the water parks and DTD? Thanks in advance!

Blizzard Beach and Hollywood Studios occasionally share a bus. Other than that, all of the buses I've been on have been direct.

Typhoon Lagoon and DTD share a bus as well. I believe the bus stops at TL first, then over to DTD.
