We are booked for supper at Akershus in February and were told by the CM at wdwdine that supper was a character dining experience, but I've also read in some planning guides/websites that character dining is only for breakfast and lunch, can someone please confirm that the princesses will be there at supper.

We were there last September for dinner and it had the Princesses.

We were there for dinner in may and saw Belle, Ariel, Snow White, Cinderella, and Aurora. So no worries, you should see lots of princesses.princess:

Yes, at the end of October the princesses were there at dinner and might I add we absolutely loved it. Definitely one of our favorites. We didn't feel rushed, the princesses took their time at each table, the food and the service was great. Not sure if it made a difference but we booked an earlier dinner time.

Yes, as far as I know it still is, now CRT doesn not have characters for supper. Well they ahve a little show with the Fairygodmother and mice, but no character greets. We did both last trip and loved them both

Thanks everyone! I feel better now because I decided against CRT even though I was able to get a reservation, just couldn't justify the price for my teenage kids. And our reservation is early, I think 5:05pm myfavvac.

We had dinner there in September too. Pictures were with Belle and the Princesses in the dining room were Snow White, Aurora, Ariel and Jasmine. The Princess Storybook dinner was the highlight of my 3 year old grand daughter's trip.

Food was pretty good too. I was kind of leery after seeing the menu on All Ears but we really enjoyed it. I had the salmon and my DD and SIL had the beef tips and said they were good.

4 weeks ago we saw the same characters at dinner that another post mentioned - pictures w/Belle, then Cinderella, Ariel, Snow White, and one other (? can't remember) came to the table.

As already mentioned, the Princesses are there for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We usually go there for dinner and the Princess interaction is great.

However, they don't always have the same princesses each time. We do find that Belle, Princess Aurora and Cinderella were there during each of our visit. We find that Jasmine, Snow White and Ariel were there some of the time. And we did have Alice and Prince Charming with Cinderella (although, by reading the other threads, this may have been a one time fluke) once.

Either way, they will have one Princess in the Front for photos and 4 others ones will visit your table. I find that this is a great way for my daughter to see her favourite princesses without the line ups.

By the way, at CRT, dinner is not Character Dining but the Fairy Godmother, Perla and Suzy has always made an appearance during our dinner there. They don't necessarily go to each table, but you can take photos of them. One time, Perla (or is it Suzy) came over to my daughter at the table and asked her if she wanted a photo with her. I suppose, technically, they don't stop at each table. They are in and out rather quickly. The Fairy Godmother usually just asks for anyone celebrating. And they do a song and then they're gone. I suppose that's why they don't call it a Character dining. But, I think they try to make the dinner special by adding that little bit.
