Akershus to Soarin'?

We have a PPO breakfast at Akershus on our Epcot day.

I have a fastpass for Frozen later in the day. I was wondering how feasible it is to go from Akershus to Soarin' or Test Track for rope drop.

Does anyone know how long the walk is? They don't look that far apart on the map, but I know the reality could be different.

Soarin is completely on the other side of the park in Future World west so I would avoid trying to do that. Test Track is in Future World East and Akershus is on the east side of World Showcase so that would be a bit easier of a walk. Turn at The Odyssey instead of going all the way to the main walkway that leads from World Showcase to Spaceship Earth for the fastest path. That said, you might not be done with breakfast in time to beat or even meet the rope drop crowd, so you might want to be prepared for that, just in case.

It's far. It's a good 15 minute walk from Akershus to Soarin and probably the same to TT. I'd probably do TT over Soarin anyway if you did try this, as the lines seem to be longer at TT.

Looking at the photo time stamps from an EMH morning I did at Epcot, I went from on the FEA ride to on the TT ride using no wait single rider in about 15 minutes (8:41 FEA stamp and 8:56 TT) then I went from TT to the Living Seas and I was taking pics of the tank about 20 minutes later. So, it looks like it took me about 10 minutes to walk from FEA to TT then about 15 minutes from TT to Living Seas (which I know isn't Soarin but might give a decent idea). I was all alone and not rushing at all, just walking a usual pace (which my children say is too slow).

I know it makes more sense to rope drop Frozen, but I am really leery of giving up the fastpass for it (and I know the lines form very quickly for it at rope drop anyway).

Will the lines for Test track and Soarin' be fairly manageable if we hit them in the first hour or so and not necessarily at rope drop? We will be there on Wednesday Feb 1.

Well, this second, soarin is 35, TT is 40 and FEA is 90.

Since you're going to be right there, I would ride FEA at rope drop anyway, and keep the FPs for a second ride later. You'll kick yourself later for walking right past it if it has tech issues and is closed later in the day (which has been known to happen).
