Which is the better for lunch or dinner as far as food and characters? Thanks!

The characters are the same for both meals. The characters will come around once each. The dinner menu has a few more choices. The lunch menu has a soup and sandwich, dinner doesn't. Some people opt for lunch if paying OOP since it is a little cheaper ($25 vs. $30) If you are on the DDP, then I would pick dinner. If paying OOP, then lunch.

Are the selections on the cold buffet the same? I promised my family maximum herring (we're Scandinavian) and don't want to disappoint.
