Hey has anyone ever tried the character breakfast in Norway??? I've read mixed reviews on it and was wondering if anyone has tried it and what they thought. How does it stack up to the Breakfast in the Castle? Food,Price,? I know For the Castle Breakfast if you get reservations for a time early enough you can enter the park before the regular park guest. Is that true for this breakfast as well? Any other tips?

My best advice is to do both and let your family decide.

My family has eaten at both several times and we have enjoyed it. As with any early reservation you can enter the parks early enough to make it to your reservation be tbe sure to take your conirmation number with you. You will need it.

We went to Norway our first Disney trip when we did not plan 90 days plus and were uneducated on all the planning. We had an absolute wonderful breakfast. Over the years we have been fortunate enough to go back to Disney and eat at the Castle and again at Norway. We have daughters that were into the Princesses so money and value have never mattered, To us they were each priceless and memorable.

My husband is not into the typical buffet breakfast so we loved the fruit and danishes served family style.

We recommend both restaurants.

We enjoyed both breakfasts, We are starting to plan our next trip and DH said we are having breakfast in norway agian right? So we all prefered norway to the castle, the potaoe casserole was to die for. We ate breakfast before epcot opened and we had adr's at LeCellier for 6pm and we still wer'nt hungry. dh and sons have to eat 3 meals and a few snacks and they were good for the day.

I love both breakfast. I do like the food much better at Norway. I would go there just for the potato casserole.

We ate there before the park was open. Not all of World showcase we open for us to walk around. Just our walk way to the restaurant was. It was nice though because we got to take "people" free pictures along the walk. :thumbsup2

We did both on our last trip. I thought the food was very good both places. The atmosphere in the Castle is a little more special, but it is way more expensive than Akershus. I don't think I'd do breakfast in the Castle again due to the price, but I'd probably do Akershus again.

we are staying at BWV....our reservation is for 8:50 - how do we get
to Norway before the park opens? I know the International Gateway is
open, but there are gates when you enter EPCOT. Thank you for
all the positive responses on Akershus....now I'm really happy we made
that reservation.
