Akershus Princess dining-what's on the menu?

Well we tried to get our Cinderella loving 2 year old DD into CRT to no avail-
so we booked the next best thing-Epcot Princesses.

What kind of food should we expect for lunch (we couldn't get bkfst )?

Akershus is my favorite. The salmon is soo good, and the cold buffet has a variety of meat and cheeses - DD (then 6) loved it. And it was so nice to have something that wasn't fried.

That menu is not what they served at the Princess lunch this past week.

There is a cold starter buffet of sorts with various salads and some cheeses, salami, turkey. mackerel, and lox. Then you choose from about 5 entrees the only one I remember is Schottkake (sp?). Dessert is a family style sampler of 3 desserts.

Overall it was good. The entree was just the right amount of food. And the princess cake dessert was easily the best dessert we ate on property during the week.
