Akershus PPO - How often do Epcot hours change from 9am to 8am?

Planning a PPO for Akershus on a Thursday morning in September 2018. Just curious how often Epcot changes from a 9am opening to an 8am opening? I've read touring plans and others blogs about this, but most of them seem to be based on numbers from 2016 and before and Ive heard the hours have been more volatile the last year. Does that apply to Epcot? or mostly other parks? We are also looking to do a PPO at BOG, but that is for a day that historically has early morning magic (the paid event) so its unlikely we will get screwed by an hour change.

Unlikely that Epcot will have an 8AM opening time in Sept. (other than AM EMH days.)

However, Thursdays ARE historically AM EMH days at Epcot (with 8AM opening time.)

Omg thank you!! I had rearranged Epcot from a Monday to a Thursday and totally forgot to check EMH that day. You saved me from a major planning blunder.... now to move everything around again lol
