Which one of these are better? I have 3 girls who will be 7,4, & 20 months when we go. Do they both take two TS or is that just for CRT? A friend of mine said her daughter got a wand at CRT and it was definately worth the 2 TS. I'm just wondering if it is worth it. We will also probably be doing 1900 PF.

The experience is worth the 2 ts (eating in the castle) but the food doesn't. I much prefer 1900pf to see Cinderella and forgo the experience of eating in the castle. Now Akershus is the best IMO. the food is yummy and worth the 1TS, yes it's only one credit. My girls love to see so many princesses all at once.

The experience of eating in the castle can not be beat, but Akerhaus is just as magical to us. The food at Akerhaus is better in the opinion of my family and the princess experience is great! We have been going to Akerhaus for years and have never had a bad experience. My husband feels the portions are on the smaller side at CRT, while he enjoys the unlimited appitizer buffet at Akerhaus. For the value of one TS credit, the value is so much better at Akerhaus!

Have a great trip!

We did CRT, Akershus, & 1900 PF. We had good character interaction at all. Food was best in this order: Akershus, CRT (both breakfast), 1900 PF. If I had to pick the order: 1. 1900 PF 2. Akershus, 3. CRT.

CRT is 2 TS, the others are 1. Akershus photo is included in price, but the photo at CRT is not. However, you do get a wishing star & wand/sword at CRT. There is also an extra charge for photo at 1900 PF in front of a castle painted on the wall, no characters in the photo with you.

Our photos were included at CRT. I also liked Crt better. Just because I could say I ate in the castle.

We ate at both CRT and Akershus earlier this month. I like the concept of a meal in the castle so I like the idea of CRT, but we definitely preferred Akershus. To us, it just felt more cozy and friendly. It's not THE castle, but still has a castle atmosphere and was much more laid back. The princesses spent more time with our youngest son (a pre-school princess fan) and led the children in a parade around the restaurant. Belle and Ariel were particularly great that evening - and responded very well to our son's preference for talking about their stories instead of posing for photos. The food was OK. I liked CRT more when dinner was a non-character meal, but I can certainly understand why that changed!

Our last two visits we went to Akershus. The princess interaction was wonderful! We like the fact there are several princesses there at once. This past visit we were able to see Cinderella, Snow White, Aurora, Ariel, and Belle which saved us from standing in the meet and greet lines in the parks. Like the OP, we too are considering CRT for our next visit. We don't go so much for the food. It is more about character interaction and the amount of characters who can be seen. So how does CRT compare to Akerhus with regards to quality of character intercation and the amount of princesses there? Also, do the characters differ according to which meal is eaten??

I'd do Akershus. CRT is 2TS, and the experience would be lost on the 20mos old. Akershus has great character interaction, great food, pictures included, and is only 1TS. We've done it last 2 trips and love it.:thumbsup2

I like Akershus better. The food and the eexperience. The only thing CRT is better for is because it is in the Castle.
