This isn't the BREAKFAST, is it? What is the breakfast like?

The breakfast is something like the breakfast at CRT: eggs, bacon, sausage, muffins, pastries, fresh fruit, and really good cheesy potatoes, but served family style. IMO the quality is a quite few rungs higher than CRT. Evrything is really fresh and very well prepared.

I keep hoping for something more interesting at breakfast, like some of that Norwegian smoked fish, but I expect I will continue to hope in vain, as most of my fellow Americans would recoil at that sort of thing for breakfast (heck, a lot cannot bear to eat even relatively mild stuff like Gjetost and Lefse). So I expect that you will all be safe with breakfast.
