We've only done breakfast at Akershus and want to try lunch or dinner. Does anyone have any previous or experience at either? I would love to hear what you did or didn't like about it.

Thanks!

We had lunch at Akershus last August. I ordered the dish that was most like meatloaf and didn't care for it. Part of the problem was that it was too heavy of a meal for August.

The service was outstanding, and the princesses were so attentive and kind. I liked the atmosphere. It was cool and relaxing.

The rest of the food was excellent. In fact, the cold buffet more than filled me. I didn't need the entree. I especially loved the peel and eat shrimp and the salmon with dill on the buffet. It was excellent. The desserts were outstanding, too.

My five year old daughter loved everything about the meal. I think if I had ordered any other entree, it would have been a perfect meal.

We were just there for Spring Break in March and we had supper there and it was a buffet style for appetizer and salad - which was very nice - my wife and I really enjoyed it and it kept both of our kids munching until the main meal came. All the princesses come in and out during the main meal and the night time setting was really nice. Epcot is really nice @ night too...walk right out of the place and get ready for the laser show and fireworks.

We just had dinner there a week and a half ago and loved it. Like a pervious poster, the buffet was great and could have been a meal in itself. I'm a huge peel and eat shrimp fan myself, too. I had the salmon and it was wonderful (my dad did as well). My mom and husband had the kjottkake (like spicy meatloaf but in meatball shape) and they really liked it. The princesses were great and spent a lot of time at each table and yet didn't take a lot of time coming around. Over all it was one of our favorite meals. I think lunch or dinner, you can't go wrong.
